Omaha Day 2

Today we went to the Henry Doorly Zoo! 

The weather was beautiful and we had a great time.

I didn't take many pictures, but here are a couple of my favorites.

We spent some time at the hotel water park.

We had dinner at Spaghetti Works.  

We had so much fun with the Spangler's in Omaha!

Omaha Day 1

Today we drove to Omaha for a mini vacation with our friends, the Spanglers.

We went to the Omaha Children's Museum.

There were lots of imaginative play exhibits.

I'm not sure who enjoyed the water table more--Harper or Daddy?

Harper loved this game!

There was a giant car covered with chalkboard.

The ball room was amazing!

We ate dinner at our favorite taco dive, California Tacos.

Our hotel has a miniature water park in it.

We are having a blast in Omaha with the Spangler family!

Father's Day Weekend

Harper signed up for the Summer Reading Program at the library, 

and we've been doing lots of reading.

I tried to get her to pose with my flowers, but she wasn't interested.

Daddy hid her phone in the flowers so I could get the picture!

We made Pecan Pie Cupcakes for Daddy.  It was messy!

Worlds of Fun

Today, Harper and I went to Worlds of Fun.

She loved all the rides!

It's hard to tell from the photo, but this ride took us 

really high in the air.

Harper's first roller coaster ride!  

She looks a little scared before it started, but she laughed the whole ride.

We rode a bus that went in a really high circle.

We drove a taxi cab.

She loved playing with the foam balls.

First haircut!

Today was Harper's first haircut!

She was such a big girl!  She sat in the chair all by herself and didn't fuss at all.

Afterwards, we went to Oak Grove Park to play.

Harper made sure that her dog, Nahla, made it safely down the slide.

We had lunch at Panera. When Harper tasted her noodles, she said, "Mmmm!"

Harper is growing up so fast!

This week, she decided she was big enough to get her own Froot Loops!

We played with Play-Doh.

Harper read a book to her dog.

We met the Spanglers for a play date at Amazing Play in Liberty and 

then went to Red Robin for dinner!

It was so much fun!
