Kindergarten Lunch

A certain girl has been begging me to come to school for lunch.

She was so excited when I told her that I would be coming today.

 She was very specific in her request for a Corn Dog Wacky Pack

with french fries, a watermelon slush and LOTS of ketchup!

She must have told me

 "Thank you for coming to my school!  I love you Momma!"

at least 50 times during our 20 minute lunch.

She sure knows how to make this Momma feel loved!

Easter 2017

On Saturday, we dyed Easter eggs.

On Sunday morning, we ran downstairs to see if the Easter bunny came

then we got ready for church.

It was a beautiful day, so we spent the afternoon at the park.

It was a bittersweet moment, when Harper decided she was

big enough to play without me hovering nearby.  

She told me I could go sit on a bench.  

She's becoming very independent.

Surprisingly, there weren't many people at the park today.

We enjoyed having it all to ourselves.

Happy Easter!

Sunday FUN day!

We started our day at Palm Sunday services.

Harper was so excited when she spotted me in the crowd

as the kids paraded through with the palms.

Next was an Easter Egg hunt.

 

Harper has been asking to go bowling

 

Her form was pretty good for a second time bowler.

She would cheer for herself before the ball 

ever made it down the alley.

The bowling alley was right by Sheridan's,

so of course we had to stop for ice cream.

We finished the day enjoying the great weather with Grandpa.
