Christmas 2018

We had a great Christmas season.

We went to Zona Rosa to see Santa 

and played at the playground afterwards.

Harper sang Christmas songs at church.

The kids lined up by age,

 but she’s small so she was hard to see.  She’s on a step behind kids who are younger than she is.

We made cookies for Santa

and went to the candlelight service at church on Christmas Eve.

She had a great time opening presents

and playing.

Halloween 2018

Harper has been planning her Halloween

costume for months!  She knew she

wanted to be a Papa John’s Pizza girl!

We went to Trunk or Treat at church

and tried out pumpkin bowling.

We carved our pumpkin

with an emoji face!

We went to lots of houses

and got lots of candy!!

It was a great Halloween!

Vegas Day 3

For our last full day in Las Vegas,

We went to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay.

Harper loved the touch tank

and the jellyfish

and the spotted stingrays!

There were so many different kinds of fish!

We had a great time at the Shark Reef!

Next, we went to ride the High Roller.

It is the world’s highest observation wheel!

We could see all over Las Vegas!

We ate lunch at Giordano’s overlooking the Strip

and got Sprinkles cupcakes for dessert!

We shopped around

and went back to the hotel to relax in the pool.

Harper said, “Let’s stay on vacation forever!

Vegas Day 2

Today we checked out the 

Discovery Children’s Museum.

There were so many things to see and do!

Harper absolutely loved the

Sid the Science Kid exhibit!

They had his playground

his treehouse

and even the Super Fab Lab!

Harper loved pretending to work

in a grocery store

and as a TSA agent

and in a restaurant.

She pretended to be a doctor

and built her own race car.

She played and played.

The art section was one of her favorite spots!

Next we ate lunch then went on a gondola ride!

We bought treats at Carlo’s Bakery

and both agreed this was 

the best cake we’d ever eaten!

We got in more pool time and after dinner

we watched the fountain show at our hotel!

It was another fun day!
