Christmas 2024

We had a great Christmas season!

Aunt Christy sent a Taylor Swift advent calendar.

Christy and Joel came to visit.

We escaped in the nick of time

had pizza and played games

celebrated with the Becketts

and laughed a lot!

Other Christmas fun included the 14th Street lights

and making cookies for Santa.

I think he liked them!

We went to church on Christmas Eve

and loved the candlelight service!

Harper always gives me her Curious George doll ❤️

We opened gifts

After our summer vacation, Harper asked for

an I hate North Dakota shirt.

 She wasn’t pleased with the shirt I bought 😁

Her favorite gift was a fondue set.

We’ve eaten lots of chocolate covered treats!

We’ve been playing lots of games, 

doing puzzles, and spending time at the gym.

We are having a great Christmas break!

Gold Over America Gymnastics

Last night, we went to the Gold Over America tour

featuring Simone Biles and many other Olympic gymnasts.

We had great seats that I won on Mix 93.3.

It was so much fun to watch Simone and Jordan

and Jade too!

It was like Simone could fly!
Jade was up there too!

The guys put on a great show too.  My favorite

was Frederick Richard.

We had a great time seeing so many Olympic gymnasts perform together!

Moon Festival 2024

We had a great time at the

Mid Autumn Moon Festival!

We played word games

and lawn games!

The kids decorated lanterns

and we played pickleball!

The weather was fantastic for October.

There were calligraphy lessons

and so much yummy food!

One of our favorite parts was when 

the KU Lion Dance team performed.

The night ended with our 

lantern parade through the park.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Fun Farm

Earlier this week Harper and I went to Fun Farm!

Harper measured 4’10”

The weather was perfect

and we had the place practically to ourselves!

Harper was able to enjoy all the activities

with no waiting in lines!

She played for hours

She loved the giant slide

and the corn pit

and tried out her lassoing skills.

She loved the playhouses too!

We took our annual picture in the big red chair

and ate pumpkin donuts!

We had the best time at Fun Farm!
