NYE and Harper's 15th Birthday

We rang in the New Year with cotton candy mocktails.

                                                                They were sugarlicious!

The next morning, it was Harper's birthday!
Cinnamon rolls with sprinkles were a sweet start to her morning.

Next, it was time to open presents.

She was surprised by a new iPhone.

This year, Harper chose a sugar cookie cake from Eileen's Colossal Cookies.

Harper insisted we pair our cake with an apple to keep things 'healthy.'

Harper's dinner choice was The Melting Pot.  This girl loves fondue!

We started with a loaded baked potato cheddar cheese fondue.

After the salads, we had steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, and potstickers.

We were beyond full, but our stomachs magically opened up when they brought out dessert.

We had a S'mores chocolate fondue that was flambĂ©ed!

Dessert goals achieved! We finished nearly all of it, and Harper said it was the best meal of her life.

Christmas 2025

 We had a great Christmas!
Christy and Joel came to visit.

Harper loved her gifts from them!  She got Perler beads

and a Labubu doll!

We went to the Winter Wonderland at the KC Pumpkin Patch.

There was so much to see!

The girls pretended to be a snowman

and Barbie too!

Harper loved the giant Light Brite!

Every year we visit the 14th Street synchronized light show.

Our church was packed on Christmas Eve!

We hit the stockings first thing on Christmas morning.

Harper loved these noodles from Ashley!

Her favorite gift wasn't the new Apple Watch or Airpods,
but rather a KMCB9 News version of Guess Who!

Ashley & I made her a custom Guess Who game with all of her favorite news reporters.

Every year the girls give me a custom puzzle featuring all of our favorite memories.
We love putting it together

and remembering all the fun we had that year!
