Weekend in Waco!

Harper and I spent the weekend in Waco.

We ate lunch with the Kruse family then

went shopping at Magnolia Market!

Next,  Harper and I went to the 

Mayborn Museum on the Baylor campus.

There was a large section from

The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Harper loved the music section

and the water area!

She made a Harper sized bubble!

There was so much to see and do!

That night, we celebrated 

Maddie and Jordan’s 20th birthday!!

Harper enjoyed the hotel breakfast

and the pool!

We needed a snack and got cookies at Tiff’s Treats.

The best part was watching the 

Baylor Acrobatics and Tumbling team compete

and catching up with the Kruse family!

We had so much fun in Waco!

Cancun Day 4

We spent most of Wednesday on the beach

building sand castles!

The girls had a blast at the beach foam dance party

and we watched the chef make paella.
It was another perfect day on the beach!

We ate more ice cream

and hit several more pools.

We ended the night with dinner at 

La Geisha Japanese steakhouse.

Harper almost caught the ball of rice 

when the chef tossed it!

We made so many memories on our vacation!

Cancun Day 3

On Tuesday, we swam in the morning.

then Harper went to Star Camp!

The resort has a great kids program and a super fun facility!  It has a trampoline park, gaming area, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds.

The staff were super friendly and

 Harper had a great time!

It was raining off and on 

but that didn’t stop us from swimming!

Another fun day of vacation!

Cancun Day 2

We walked down to the beach early Monday morning.

The view was amazing!

Harper relaxed on the balcony before breakfast.

She was so excited at the buffet.

After breakfast, we headed back to the beach to swim

and we even did a beach Zumba class!

Harper worked on math problems and we ate

lunch in our shady palapa.

The view was pretty sweet from there too.

Later, we checked out the “regular” pool

and the pirate ship pool

and the wave pool!

After all that swimming, we needed a snack!

We saw plenty of wildlife including a coati

a peacock

and a lot of large lizards!

Before dinner, we went to the playground.

After the playground, we went to dinner.

Harper turned her fruit kebabs into chopsticks.

After dinner, Harper starred as Anna in the kids production of Frozen.

It was a perfect day!
