We also checked out the Columbus Zoo.
We saw stingrays
and manatees!
They really liked eating lettuce.
We checked out the penguins
and okapi.
There were monkeys
and lions.
This cow kept mooing VERY loudly!
Our favorite exhibit was the savanna habitat with giraffes
and Harper's favorite animal --the zebra!
The best part was getting close to the giraffes
and feeding them!
I got to feed a giraffe too!
We had a great time at the Columbus Zoo!
Harper and I recently checked state #46 off her list—Ohio!
We started our adventure at COSI - Center of Science and Industry- an interactive science museum.
We learned about electrical power
energy efficiency
and different types of fuel.
Harper tried the air cannon
and this spinning table.
She pretended to be a meteorologist
and was on the front page of the newspaper.
She wasn't a fan of the vaccines exhibit
but liked learning about balancing.
Her favorite section was the Oceans exhibit.
We had a great time and learned a lot at COSI.
