West Virginia

 We left Columbus and road-tripped to West Virginia

to check out the Good Zoo at Oglebay Park.

It was a Friday morning, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves!
We loved watching the red pandas.

This little tamarin was very interested in Harper.

We found a penny press machine

and learned that Harper's "wings" aren't as long as those of an eagle.

We got to see Harper's favorite animal

and our favorite part was hanging out inside the kangaroo exhibit!

We ate lunch at Route 88.  The burger and fries were fantastic and

the views were gorgeous!

There was even a fire pit

so we could make s'mores!

We had time to go for a swim

before grabbing dinner at Later Alligator!

Next, we headed over to Schenk Lake for Friday Night Lights.

We watched a laser light show over the lake that was synchronized to music.

We drank hot chocolate 

and checked it all out!

Our favorite part was doing Glow Putt! Mini golf is even more fun in the dark!

We loved making memories in West Virginia!
